Sometimes talent, passion and persistence can bring better results than Billions of dollars.
In this case, Australian amateur astronomer Mike Salway, has produced images of Jupiter, that are equal in clarity to pictures taken by Voyager during its Jupiter travel.
According to Universetoday.com http://www.universetoday.com/am/publish/ jupiter_032006.html Mike's technique is based on shooting a series of 450 photos in a rate of 5 frames a second using a Philips ToUCam PC Video Camera.
