Google and other web advertising platform providers such as Yahoo's Overture, were sued last year by an advertiser called Lane's Gifts for click frauds. Click frauds happens when an advertiser is paying for clicks on it's ads and the clicks are not legitimate, but made to pull money from the advertiser. This kind of fraud can happen on any CPC (Cost per clicks) advertising system, not only Google Adwords.   The case is about to be closed with a settlement. The details of the settelements are currently confidential. As a result of this settlement, Google has decided to offer all advertisers reimbursement against invalid clicks, probably in an effort to avoid future claims.

Apple's itunes service gives users the ability to download the songs they like for 99 cents. Chances are that you already know it, since it's the largest music shop in the world. It is so large that the 1 billionth song was downloaded recently.  The amazing thing is the growth factor. Half of the 1B songs were downloaded in the last 6 months. This means that every day almost 3 million songs are being downloaded.   It is safe to say that the music industry have passed a revolution. The sales of iTunes show that media has become ubiquitous and that users do not need to see a plastic box and a nice leaflet to enjoy music.
