1.5 degrees in 100 years is remarkably stable
Humans causing global warming is as hilarious as the idea that human beings evolved from Plankton - no matter how many years you give it - a lumber truck will not go off a cliff and randomly mutate a house.
If 100 years from now the temperature fluctuates down a couple degrees, it will then be net -.5 degrees. What will you tell your grand children when they were counting on you to drive your SUV and keep it from dropping to minus 2!
Besides, as Dennis Miller says - I don't exactly trust the weathermen in 1892 to be reporting the temperature as accurately as they do now. I can see some guy named Edwin rolling out of his farm house in February when the wind is blowing, uh, HARD, and having to go to the side of the barn and read his 1875 model thermometer (accurate?).
Besides all the angst about storms and wind and icebergs dead ahead - it takes the most fabulous display of ego and hubris to think that you had one tiny effect on the planet - cause if you were in this model - you'd be really really small, even with your aerosol can in your hand!
